1. In large bowl beat eggs and oil.
2. In a separate bowl combine all other ingredients.
3. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture.
4. Dip into greased muffin pans.
5. Bake 325 convection 375 regular oven for 25 minutes.
6. For glaze combine all ingredients and enough powdered sugar to for a thick glaze. Drizzle over muffins.
