1 c Wheat germ
1/2 c Milk chocolate chips
1/2 c Oil; (scant)
4 Egg whites
1/2 tb Ground nutmeg
1 1/4 c Whole wheat flour

From: (Kay Bass) Date: Mon, 5 Jun 1995 03:15:41 GMT Mix all of above ingredients together well. Mixture will be thick. Pour into prepared waffle iron and add chocolate chips ,if desired, just before baking. Note: Adding chocolate chips to your batter usually results in the chips dropping to the bottom of the batter.
