Great brunch dish


28 oz package hashbrowns (6 cups)
8 oz package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
10 beaten eggs
1 c sour cream
1 c milk
2 tbsp honey Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Original recipe makes 8 Servings



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine hashbrowns and cheese; spread in 13 x 9 baking dish that has been sprayed with spray oil. Mix together eggs, sour cream, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over potato and cheese mixture. Bake for about 30 minutes, until golden

we just didn't like this besides it took almost twice as long to bake and I thought it was too bland.
