Pizza dough: In bowl, mix well flour, wheat germ, yeast and salt. Stir in oil, honey and water til well mixed (dough will be soft and sticky). Do not knead. Let rest 10 min.
Prepare dough. With oiled hands, gently pat and spread in lightly oiled 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan, leaving dough slightly thicken around edges. Spread sauce on evenly, leaving edges free. Top with meat, pepper, onion and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake on bottom rack in 425 F oven for 20 minutes or til crust is golden and cheeses are bubbly and lightly browned. Pizza may also be made into 2 12 inch circles. Serves 10
