Family recipes passed along are among my favorite and this rich breakfast pie is a keeper! Special thanks to my cousins wife Heather for sharing her dad's recipe after she made it for breakfast during a stay at their home!
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cook and drain sausage of your choice, set aside.
Sautée chopped small onion in butter until soft. Add cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth, creamy consistency
Add 1 Tbsp Worsestershire, then add 6 blended eggs to that mixture. Cook slightly, you don''t want it to cook fully just a little and then pour that into pre-made pie crust and dump the sausage on top. cover with shredded ched. cheese and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean from the center.
