Makes 8 Servings
Steam cauliflower until wilted, drain well. Preheat oven to 350F. Place cauliflower in a lightly buttered 8x8 inch pan. In a separate bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, cheeses, and spices. Spread over cauliflower, cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. While baking caramelize the onions. Remove casserole and top with onions, serve.
