If you like to make your own fries you'll love these.

"Flavor was great, but cooking time needs to be revised, I suggest 400 degrees for about a half hour and then add cheese and go another 10 mins, as it stands they burn on the outside and are still a little raw on the inside"


Ingredients

Are you making this? 
3 all-purpose potatoes (russet); cut into thin wedges
2 tb extra-virgin olive oil; just enough to coat
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning; or 1/2 teaspoon each dried oregano, thyme, parsley
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano; grated

Preparation

Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.

Place potato wedges on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with just enough oil to coat. Season with Italian dried seasoning, salt and pepper. Roast potatoes and turn after 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese liberally on potatoes and roast another 10 minutes, serve.

Another easy and great tasting dish. My son doesn't like Parmesan cheese, but he liked these fries.

Very easy and tasted great. But what I did was mix all of the fries in a bowl with the oil and seasoning. Turned out great.

Following the reviews recommendation I started at 500 degrees for 15 min and turned down to 375 to finish... Very crisp, very good, not burnt... Know your oven!

Turned oven to 450 instead of 500, my oven would have made them charcoal.

Yummy but I cooked them at 500 degrees for the first 15 mins and then turned it down to 375 for the remainder of the time.
