Ready in 35 minutes
If you like to make your own fries you'll love these.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
Place potato wedges on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with just enough oil to coat. Season with Italian dried seasoning, salt and pepper. Roast potatoes and turn after 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese liberally on potatoes and roast another 10 minutes, serve.

chewychavez 8m agoWarning!!! This is a great recipe except for one issue, the oil. Yes olive oil sounds nice and healthy, and it is, until you cook it at the wrong heat. If you cook extra virgin olive oil over 350 it's past it's smoke point, meaning the healthy parts of the oil burns away and turn harmful. This recipe should call for peanut oil, it might change the flavor a little but your heart will thank you. Never use olive oil in high heat baking or grilling. Google olive oil past smoke point. Even cooking shows make this same mistake.

reno127 1y agoVery easy and tasted great. But what I did was mix all of the fries in a bowl with the oil and seasoning. Turned out great.
GrEEnEyedGoldiE 1y agoFollowing the reviews recommendation I started at 500 degrees for 15 min and turned down to 375 to finish... Very crisp, very good, not burnt... Know your oven!

chrismcginley 2y agoTurned oven to 450 instead of 500, my oven would have made them charcoal.
rleecav 2y agoFlavor was great, but cooking time needs to be revised, I suggest 400 degrees for about a half hour and then add cheese and go another 10 mins, as it stands they burn on the outside and are still a little raw on the inside
