Suggest a better descriptionWhisk eggs and flour together until mixed well. Add milk and whisk until well combined. Spray Pam in a 10-inch or 12-inch cast iron skillet. Sprinkle basil and cheese in skillet. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake in a 400? F oven for 30 minutes, or until puffed and brown on top. Cut in sections and serve warm. Serves 4.
