1/4 c Flour
1/4 c Dried Oregano
3 tb olive oil
1/4 c Dried thyme
1 ts Salt
6 Salmon steaks; or fillets
1 tb Black peppercorns
1 ts Dried Rosemary
1/4 c Dried basil

From: Fran Date: Wed, 7 Aug 1996 19:45:20 -0500 Combine herbs and peppercorns and grind in spice grinder until fine. Add flour and salt and dredge salmon steaks in mixture. Brush steaks with oil.
