Suggest a better description1) Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil. Add pasta & cook according to directions.
2) Meanwhile melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice and zest. Bring to the boil and allow the mixture to reduce by half.
3) Stir in the Parsley, then add the prawns and increase heat. Saute, stirring constantly, until the prawns turn pink and are just cooked through, 2-3 minutes. Add the salt and pepper.
4) Drainn the spaghetti and add to the frying pan with the prawns; toss until combined. Divide among four warm serving bowls. Serve immediately.
For a spicier dish, add 1 chopped, deseeded red chilli and 1tsp grated ginger with the garlic in Step 2.
