This was fabulous! Just left out the olives as my husband does not like them (go figure). He wants me to make it again when family comes to visit next month!

So good! My whole family loved it and was super simple to make. I omitted tapioca and used cream of chicken instead of broth like another user and served over a quinoa with peppers and onions. My only regret is that I didn't double the recipe for leftovers. This will be my go to chicken dish.

Family loved we substituted cream of chicken soup for chicken broth and omitted tapioca and curry- making again soon, served over egg noodles

Followed the directions & used the exact ingredients... It was delicious. Served it over bow tie pasta. Definitely making it again!

I've made this recipe several times and love it. It's best when I use Kalamata olives and half the curry powder.

Made it a dozen times so far sliced black olives work well also... Also I don't use curry powder and add more chicken broth served over rice..
