Ready in 8 hours
Slow cooked Italian style chicken. Good with rice or served over your favorite pasta.
1. Combine chicken, tomatoes, artichokes, onion, olives, broth, wine, tapioca, curry powder, parsley, basil, thyme, salt and pepper in the Crock-Pot. Mix thoroughly.
2. Cover; cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, or on HIGH for 3? to 4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.

neckergermund 2y agoThis was fabulous! Just left out the olives as my husband does not like them (go figure). He wants me to make it again when family comes to visit next month!
spicegrl75 2y agoSo good! My whole family loved it and was super simple to make. I omitted tapioca and used cream of chicken instead of broth like another user and served over a quinoa with peppers and onions. My only regret is that I didn't double the recipe for leftovers. This will be my go to chicken dish.
Teambaldwin 3y agoFamily loved we substituted cream of chicken soup for chicken broth and omitted tapioca and curry- making again soon, served over egg noodles

Lori9398 4y agoI've made this recipe several times and love it. It's best when I use Kalamata olives and half the curry powder.

Kfortman 6y agoMade it a dozen times so far sliced black olives work well also... Also I don't use curry powder and add more chicken broth served over rice..
