Drain the herring and cut them into smaller pieces (most effective with a scissors).
Toast onion, apples and curry with a touch of oil. Save some onion slices. Let it cool down.
Mix inn the mango chutney and skyr.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the herring and the carry creme.
Top with capers, some onion slices and dill.
Serve on bread with egghalves.
