Great alternative to the full-fat version.


32 ounces hash browns; frozen
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, 98% fat free
1 1/2 cups Skim milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, fat free; shredded
1/2 cup light margarine
1/4 cup dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

Original recipe makes 12



Add all ingredients to a crockpot. Cook at least 4 hours on high or bake in oven for an hour.
