Suggest a better descriptionSoak the vermicelli in warm water until soft, and drain. Chop the pak choy into thin strips. Heat the oil and fry the garlic until light brown. Add the beansprouts, vermicelli, pak choy and stir fry over a high heat for 2 minutes. Crack the eggs into the pan and toss well with the vermicelli.
