Breakfast Casserole to prep the night before... And cook the morning of. Everyone loves it...
1 Melt butter in skillet
2 Cook and stir green onions and mushrooms till tender
3 Mix eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, chiles in a HUGE bowl
4 Stir in sausage, green onions, and mushrooms
5 Cover and refrigerate overnight
Next morning
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease 9 x 13 pan
3. In bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt
4. Blend in melted butter
5. Stir flour mixture INTO egg mixture
6. Pour into pan
7. Bake 40 to 50 minutes
Check after 40 minutes to see if golden brown...
