16 ounces cranberry sauce, whole berrie
1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 cup Catalina Salad Dressing
1 cup Flour
1 tablespoon McKay's Chicken Style Seasoning
1 whole Egg
1 teaspoon Buttermilk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 16-oz roll Frozen Chickettes; Worthington Brand

Preparation

Mix marinating sauce of onion soup mix, cranberry sauce, and dressing. Thaw chicken. Tear into irregular shapes. Double dip in breading mixture of flour, seasoning, egg, and buttermilk. Deep fry. (or simply fry in frying pan) Marinate in sauce several hours or over night. Cover and bake in sauce at 325 for 45 minutes.
