1. Melt butter. Pour into 9X13 pan. (you can also melt it in the pan by placing in oven while the oven is preheating)
2. Add graham cracker crumbs to pan and form crust by moistening with butter and pressing down.
3. Pour/spread condensed milk over crust.
4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts.
5. Bake for 25 minutes ;cool to cut.
Don't cool them too long our they will set up like concrete.
