Cover bottom of 9x13 pan with drained pineapple. Whisk flour, sugar and reserved pineapple juice together and pour over pineapple. Top with cheese. Crumble crackers and sprinkle over cheese. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350, 20 minutes.
