1 Head fresh dill
1 qt Vinegar
1 Garlic
1 c Non-iodized salt
1 Jalapeno pepper; (opt)
BRING TO BOIL
TO EACH QUART JAR ADD
2 quarts water

Preparation

Select fresh firm cucumbers, wash and pack in jars. These should be room temperature. Pour hot solution over cucumbers and seal jars.
