Awesome monkey bread!
Mix salt and flour together. Mix milk, water, butter, sugar and yeast together. Turn stand mixer on low and add liquid to the flour salt mixture. Once combined, turn up to medium and kneed for 7 minutes. Form into a ball and put in pan sprayed bowl covered with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour.
While rising, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.
After rising, get the ball out of the bowl and make into a 7 inch rectangle and cut in half and then cut them in half until you get down to 1 inch pieces. Butter a bundt pan on all sides. Dip the dough pieces into the melted butter and then in the brown sugar mixture then place in the bundt pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and put back in warm place and let rise again for 1 hour.
Then cook at 350 for 30 minutes, when done let sit 5 minutes before flipping on to cake pan. (this is important...let it sit no more than 5 min!)
Add 2 tbl milk to powdered sugar to make icing and pour over the monkey bread, let set up and enjoy!
