Dense, chewy dumplings, great with chicken.
Mix flour and salt in large bowl. Add the eggs and milk and stir well. Note the milk amount can be adjusted up or down to get the desired consistency of dough. I prefer dense, chewy dumplings (like giant egg noodles in a dumpling form), so make the dough consistency very thick and barely pourable. Put spoonfuls of dough into boiling water or water/broth and bring back to a boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
