"My family loves this recipe. We've had it a few times now and like it the best preparing as above with a couple small tweaks. I use one pound of ground round or bison with a pound of black beans and only one packet on taco season. Fantastic!"

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
2 lb Hamburger; (2 to 4)
2 c Water
1 pk Flour tortillas
2 pk Taco seasoning mix
1 pk Cheddar Cheese; or jalapeno
1 Onion
1 sm jar taco sauce
2 sm cans tomato paste

Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Mix together taco sauce, tomato paste, taco seasoning and water. Pour half the mixture over drained hamburger mixture. Dip onto shells one at a time, wrap up and place in casserole dish. Pour remaining mixture over enchiritos, grate cheese and put on top. Bake until cheese melts. Can be microwaved to melt cheese.
