Try this Homemade Enchiritos recipe, or contribute your own.
Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Mix together taco sauce, tomato paste, taco seasoning and water. Pour half the mixture over drained hamburger mixture. Dip onto shells one at a time, wrap up and place in casserole dish. Pour remaining mixture over enchiritos, grate cheese and put on top. Bake until cheese melts. Can be microwaved to melt cheese. DebbyKo 1y agoMy family loves this recipe. We've had it a few times now and like it the best preparing as above with a couple small tweaks. I use one pound of ground round or bison with a pound of black beans and only one packet on taco season. Fantastic!
