Try this Homemade Noodles recipe, or contribute your own.
Beat eggs until light. Add salt and water. Work in flour to make a very stiff dough. Knead; then form into a ball. Roll out on floured board until very thin. Dust top with additional flour and roll up like jelly roll. Cut in desired widths. Spread out on flat surface and let dry two hours. Drop in soup to cook. Lindababy59 3y agoThis is a good basic pasta. I have a hand crank pasta machine and it makes this recipe into smooth dough. Boil broth of your choice and cook until just doe.
roshanelyse 8y agoI made these with part wheat and part white flour and used it in the Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup recipe. They were wonderful. Make sure to cook long enought to cook through the homemade noodles.
AddisonKirk 11y agoGreat in homemade stock. Be sure to bring liquid to a boil before dropping it in liquid. I just made the noodles and put them in the stock right then, I didn't wait 2 hours. Also be sure to roll out the dough THIN!
