2 4-oz cn pimiento; drained
2 tb Vinegar
1/3 c milk
1 pt Mayonnaise
1 lb American cheese
1 Egg; beaten
4 tb Sugar

Original recipe makes 1



Combine cheese and milk; melt on low heat. Stir, remove and let cool. Add beaten egg, sugar, vinegar and pimiento. Mix well. Move to stove and cook on low heat 6-7 minutes. Add 1 pt. mayonaisse. Posted to EAT-L Digest by Shawn Zehnder Lea on Nov 25, 1997
