Suggest a better descriptionAdd all dry ingredients to a mixing bowl.
Add Yeast to a second large bowl.
Add Hot water to the yeast and stir with fork until dissolved.
Add dry ingredients to yeast.
Add olive oil.
Stir with fork and kneed with fingers until soft dough forms. Add more flour so the dough is not too sticky.
Cover the bowl with a hot damp towel and place bowl into a warm place. Let rise for 2 hours.
Roll dough on to 2 cookie sheets.
Add pizza sauce, toppings and cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Make sure middle of the dough is done and not doughy.
