VITAMIX RECIPE
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Slect Variable 1.
- Switch machine to Start and slowly increase speed to Variable 5.
- Blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. Stop machine and scrape sides with a spatula.
- Reduce speed to Variable 3.
- Switch machine to start and blend for 10 seconds.
- Cover and refrigerate or roll in plastic wrap and form a 6-inch log.
