Easy to make!
Put stick of butter in 9X13 casserole dish and put in a 350 degree oven. When the butter has melted, mix in the mustard, honey, salt and curry powder - in the casserole dish. Put in the chicken thighs and spoon some of the honey mixture over them. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
