1 bn Chives; cut finely
Juice of 2 lemons
2 c Canola oil
Juice of 2 limes
Juice of 4 oranges
1/3 c Sesame oil

Preparation

Place citrus juice in a stainless steel bowl. Add ginger, honey, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in the oils until emulsified. Add chives and adjust seasoning.
