"I have 3 teens in my fam of 5 so I doubled the sauce. I made Jasmine rice to go with it. I also used half reg mustard half spicy brown mustard cuz I ran out of reg mustard. I cut chicken into bite size pieces for faster cooking & easier to eat with rice. I cooked covered 30min uncovered 30min. This is sooo good & easy...definitely a new fav!"

Ingredients

3 lb Chicken; cut up
1/4 c Margarine
1/4 c Prepared mustard
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Honey
1 ts Curry powder

Preparation

Melt margarine in a casserole in a 225 oven. Stir in honey, mustard, salt and curry. Roll chicken pieces in mixture and arrange in a single layer in the baking dish. absolutley delish!! i made this for myself, my partner and 2 young boys (5 and 1) everyone loved it. i changed the salt for soy sauce as i dont use salt and it worked fine. its also lovely cold as a snack!! thanks for sharing the recipe =]

It was pretty good. I added red pepper flakes and jalepenos before i put in oven.

Very simple and easy. I added extra curry and used reg mustard because that's what was available. I'm looking forward to using this on chicken wings TONIGHT! Yummy!
