2. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish cooking spray, add the chicken. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the orange juice, honey, lemon juice, and salt. Baste each piece of chicken.
3. Cover the dish with foil and bake, 20 minutes. Remove the foil and flip the chicken. Bake another 20 to 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
