"This recipe was fantastic. We only marinated them in the fridge for an hour and a half beforehand and it still turned out great. We paired it with roasted red potatoes, sweet bell peppers, mushrooms and pineapple and the combination was amazing."
Marinade: Mix all ingredients except pork chops together in a large zip-lock plastic bag. Add pork chops to bag, turning several times to coat. Place bag on a large plate and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Turn several times. Remove pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the pork chops on grill with the grill cover closed, over medium heat 4-5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Talofa 8 years agoA good meal, enjoyed by alll. Used champagne (left over from last night) instead of white wine and used fresh lime juice with a little bottled lemon juice as I did not have any fresh lemons. I will make this again.
