Heat oven to 400?. Combine apple juice, honey, soy sauce and garlic in small bowl. Sprinkle pork with cayenne.
Heat oil in medium ovenproof frying pan over high heat. Add pork and cook, turning once, until browned, about 8 minutes.Remove from heat, pour juice mixture over pork and transfer to oven. Bake 25 -30 minutes or until done.Transfer pork to cutting board, return pan to high heat and cook juice mixture until thick glaze forms, 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Slice pork, put on plate and drizzle with glaze.
