In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar, and egg. Add honey, yogurt, peel and extract, mixing well. Combine flour, baking pwoder and salt. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto GREASED baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or unil golden brown. Remove to wire racks. In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Brush over warm cookies; sprinkle with lemon peel.
