Suggest a better descriptionPut the pasta water on to boil, and add the pasta when the water is at a rapid boil. Put the lid back on for 1 minutes until the water comes back to a rapid boil.
Meanwhile, heat a large frypan over medium high heat. Cut the chicken breast in half and hammer until they are a uniform 5mm thick. Put the oil in the frypan and cook the chicken for about 3 minutes a side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove to a plate and cover with foil. Turn the heat off the frypan.
While the chicken is cooking, trim the ends off the broccolini and cut into 3cm lengths. Add to the pan with the pasta and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the pasta using a slotted spoon, and place in a large bowl with the butter. Once the pasta is cooked, strain it through a colender and then tip into the broccolini bowl. Grate the parmesan over the top and stir through.
While the pasta cooks, turn the heat back on to the pan and pour in the wine to deglaze the pan, scraping the bottom for flavour. Add the mustard, honey and half the cream, and bring to the boil, stirring. Cook for a couple of minutes and then stir in the rest of the cream and remove from the heat.
Serve the pasta and chicken topped with the sauce.
