Suggest a better description1) Preheat oven to 180. Cream butter, sugar & honey together until light
2) Sift flour, baking powder & cinnamon to sugar mix, add rolled oats & mix well
3) Roll tablespoon of mix into balls & place on a greased tray & flatten with a floured fork or roll out onto lightly floured surface & cut out using cookie cutter
4) Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Variation to try: Replace honey with 1-2 well mashed banana's, mayy need to add more flour or rolled oats.
