Suggest a better descriptionCombine rice, raisins, milk, honey, and margarine. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon peel and juice. For a festive touch, put a Tbsp of Whipped cream or other topping on each serving, and top with cherry or strawberry. From: Rice Council of America 1971
