Make hot apple cider with a touch of cinnamon and clove to warm yourself up after being out in the cold.
In a saucepan, combine the cider and the brown sugar.
For the spice bag, tie cinnamon, allspice and cloves in a double layer of cheesecloth. Add the spice bag to the cider mixture.
Bring the liquid to a boil. Cover, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove the spice bag and discard.
If the cider isn't tart enough, add some lemon juice to taste.
