Sauce for use over ice cream or cake. My favorite is for hot fudge brownies.
Melt butter in medium saucepan, stir in cocoa. Add remaining ingredients. Let cook over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved, stirring occasionally. This sauce keeps well in the refrigerator for several weeks and can be reheated.
For Hot Fudge Brownie, place brownie in a bowl, add vanilla ice cream and pour sauce over. Nuts and whipped cream can be added.
