Perfect for having friends over for football games or other gatherings.
Heat oil in a heavy meadium skillet over medium heat. Add onion and saute until soft, , strring occassionally. Transfer onion to a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into a shallow baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes or until dip is bubbly and top is slightly brown. Serve with tortilla chips.
