Hi, guys. I tried something new to glaze the ham today. My son is a pepper lover/grower/chef. He gave me a scorpion ghost pepper to put in a jar of honey. Used some of that searing hot honey to moisten equal parts caraway seeds, ground ginger, ground cloves and ground cinnamon. It was REALLY hot, so added regular honey until the heat level reduced to tolerable. Spread it over the ham and heated in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes. DELISH! Got rave reviews on the pre-sliced ham.
