Taken from "Cuisine At Home" magazine, "Drumettes are technically part of the chicken wing. For this recipe, look for combo packages of wingettes and drumettes, typically labeled party wings.
Preheat broiler with rack 6 inches from element. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Combine molasses, Tabasco, mustard, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and oil. Reserve 2/3 cup sauce for serving with wings.
Arrange wings on prepared baking sheet and broil 10 minutes. Flip wings, baste with molasses mixture, and broil 6 minutes more. Flip wings and baste uncoated side. Broil wings until they begin to caramelize and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat registers 165 degrees, about 3 minutes more.
Toss wings with some of reserved sauce, then serve remaining sauce for dipping.
