Ingredients

2 (15 oz) cans Chickpeas; one drained
1/2 cup Tahini; (sesame seed paste)
1/2 lemon; juice only
2 cloves Garlic
1 dash Cumin

Original recipe makes 8 Servings

Here's the recipe I use. I think it originally came from the Frugal Gourmets first cookbook, but Ive adapted it to my own tastes over the years... Blend everything together in a food processor or blender. Adjust seasonings to taste (I often add more garlic and lemon, very rarely salt). Serve with warm pita bread and veggies.

Notes

Great recipe, this had the perfect proportions of chickpea, lemon juice and tahini.
