Stew with beef or game meat carrots and potatoes or carrots and noodles
Start by browning the beef or wild game meat with butter or oil then in a pot put in water ketchup worshtershire sauce brown sugar salt Hungarian paprika dry mustard dash of Cheyenne pepper then cold water put on hi to heat up I usually add carrots if I don't have it with noodles I will add potatoes after cutting up carrots and If desired potatoes put them in to cook when starting to bubble I let it simmer half an hour till the carrots can be stabbed with a fork same for the potatoes then I thick with the flour I use a 6 oz container with lid add a little milk to the bottom add the flour then fill the rest with milk put the lid on and shake well open and with a spoon crush any chunks of flour the shake again the add to the pot stirring while pouring in then continue stirring till it thickens and repeat if not to desired thickness
