Preheat oven to 400(F) degrees.
Mix ingredients in bowl.
Use a spoon to drop batter in small balls (the shape doesn't actually matter) on a greased cookie sheet. About half the size of an egg is good.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
You can substitute other oils for butter. I've used bacon grease in the past, and it's quite good.
