Suggest a better descriptionMix first three ingredients together and press in bottom of a 9X13 pan, saving 1/2 cup for top. Mix pudding mix and milk together. Add ice cream. Spread on top of crumb mixture. Spread cool whip on top and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Refrigerate (do not freeze).
