easy to make dont forget to marinate chicken for at least 3-50mins in the fridge using the sauce and apple marinate quickly as corn flour doesnt play nice as it cools down


2 grams Corn starch; as required
1 teaspoon Water; as required
3 teaspoons sugar; as required
5 teaspoons Soy sauce; as required
1 teaspoon soya sauce; as required
2 teaspoons cider vinegar; as required
1 pinch Ground Ginger; to taste
1 pinch Black pepper; to taste
1 whole Garlic; minced

Original recipe makes 2



1) Mix cornflour with cold water and keep to one side

2) Heat soya sauce, cider vinegar, garlic, pepper, ginger, sugar, simmer

3) Add cornflour and allow mixture to simmer and thicken

4) Use on chicken or fish, baste and then bake. Keep reapplying whilst baking
