Great on the grill! All the goodies on the inside, so every bite bursts with your favorite burger flavors.
"Loved these! At the time I made them we had 3' of snow so grilling wasn't an option. I fried mine on the stove tip and were very juicy. I also bought a package of pre-made crumbled bacon to save time. Husband gave 2 thumbs up!"- mrsmeegs
Preheat grill to medium heat
Mix ground beef with 2 tbsp of the dressing. Shape into 8 thin patties
Mix remaining 1 tbsp dressing with the crumbled bacon
Spoon about 1 tbsp of the bacon mixture onto the center of each of 4 of the patties
Top with 2 cheese quarters and second patty
Pinch edges of patties together to seal
Grill patties 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through (160 deg F)
Add condiments to buns as desired and enjoy!

leftyshooter 6 months agoRanch dressing? Gross. Read the ingredients on a ranch label.
tlh403 6 months agoNot bad, but I didn't like tasting so much ranch. Next time- I would rather season the beef and leave out the ranch. Great idea, though! It made it less messy to eat since all the ingredients were stuffed inside!

crazy_cat_lady 10 months agoOk this was good... If you don't like a medium well burger, you should adjust cooking times. I think next time I'll grind up some garlic to mix in though. This one is a keeper....
