Peel apples and slice thin, add the remaining ingredients and toss together.
Place a pie crust on top of the caramel, then top with Apple mixture, top with last crust. Pinch edges together.
Brush top with a milk wash and cut slits in top crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
