Cook pasta to al dente.
While pasta is cooking, heat large skillet. Add sausage, onion and garlic.
Add mushrooms. Add pepper, Italian seasoning, and tomatoes to the skillet. Simmer, stirring occasionally.
Combine sausage mixture with rest of ingrefients and 1/3 cup Parmesean cheese in a 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining Parmesean cheese on top.
Bake 15 minutes.
