6 chicken, boneless, skinless
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Butter; melted
1/4 c Dry bread crumbs
1/2 c Parmesan & Romano cheese; Grated
1/4 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Black pepper
1 ts Dried oregano leaves
1 ts Parsley flakes

Original recipe makes 1



HEAT oven to 400F. Grease bottom of 15x10x1-inch baking pan. MIX cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in butter; coat with cheese mixture. Place in prepared pan. BAKE 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through. Makes 6 servings. Spicy Variation: Substitute 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper for black pepper. Source: Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #983 by "M.
